It will from time to time, extend the range of services it has to offer and these will be found on the site, www.freeloader.com.

3. PAYMENT
You must pay the subscription fee (the "Subscription") in advance for the relevant time period (the "Service Period") you wish to subscribe for, in accordance with the Subscription Plan notified to you at the time of registration. The method and amount of payment for the Subscription may be varied at the sole discretion of freeloader.com from time to time.

Currently, you may use the following payment method:

Annual Subscription (365 Days), Monthly Subscription (30 Days)
You may use our credit card, debit card or direct debit online facility which operates transactions via a secure server. We accept the following cards: Delta Visa, Mastercard and European debit cards (Switch, Solo, Delta.), Direct Debit. All transactions are subject to validation checks. The Annual Fee will be notified to you at the time of registration. The charge will appear on your credit card bill or bank statement. The Fee will be automatically billed against the credit/debit card number that you provide in the registration form. If you decide to take advantage of the monthly payments we will debit your account each month using payment method of your choice. We will notify you by email that we have debited your credit/debit card and that you are a registered member. FOR SECURITY REASONS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE A NEW FREELOADER LICENSE FOR YOU FREELOADER SOFTWARE EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS; HOWEVER YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO DO THIS.

Subject to cancellation in accordance with this Agreement all Fees and payments are non-refundable. freeloader.com reserves the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time or to add new fees or charges, on giving you reasonable notice.

4. RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide that you are entitled to cancel your Subscription should you change your mind. Your right to cancel must be exercised within seven working days of the date upon which you subscribed to the Service. However, you will only be entitled to cancel your subscription if you have not used the Service. Your right to cancel therefore expires as soon as you download anything from the site.

5. USAGE
While you are using the freeloader.com Ltd website, we may allow advertisers to display advertisements for products and services which may be of interest to you and request various information from you. Each member agrees that he or she uses the Service at their own risk. freeloader.com will not accept any liability either in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits freeloader.com's liability for death or personal injury resulting from freeloader.com's negligence. Each member agrees that any material and/or data downloaded by a member is done so entirely at their own risk and each member will be solely responsible for the consequences of downloading any such material.

11. INDEMNITY
Each member agrees to indemnify freeloader.com against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach by them of these terms and conditions and any liabilities claims and expenses incurred by freeloader.com in connection with any claim, action or proceeding brought by a third party as a result of the member's use of the Service.

12. SEVERABILITY
If any of the provisions of this contract are judged to be illegal, unreasonable or unenforceable the rest of these terms and conditions will continue to apply. Any notices sent pursuant to this agreement will be effective if sent by email to the member's primary email address as stated in their users profile 24 hours from the time of sending.

14. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each member and freeloader.com agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
