If a freeloader PC game fails to start-up post installation, or fails with an error, your download was probably corrupt or your PC does not meet the games minimum system requirements.
If your sure your PC meets the criteria of the game, uninstall and delete the old copy, restart your PC and download the game again. If the game still fails contact us with the spec of your PC, the name of the game you are having trouble with and the nature of the problem.
