If you still having trouble, or the web site tells you your request was successful but the freeloader license client displays an alert box containing text along the lines of; 'Your license has expired. You will not be able to use this software until you acquire a new license', will need to delete your old license and repeat the request.

If at any point during a license request you're told that no game issuing the license request could be found, ensure that you have started a freeloader game and repeat the request by simply closing any existing browser windows and clicking 'cancel' within the dialogue box shown below. This will bring the license client back into view. Follow the instructions within.
