If you are using a credit card to enter payment details, double check the card number you supplied and make sure the first and last name entered when subscribing match that shown on your card.
Problems can occur if you are trying to subscribe to freeloader and have previously had a subscription suspended.
Freeloader can get very busy at times, it may be that your problem is simply due to excessive demand. I may be beneficial to wait a few moments and try again
