Freetray requires an internet connection to download the news and charts from freeloader.com in order to dynamically build its menus.
If Freetray's menus display 'Downloading from freeloader.com...' for more than a minute or two, instead of the freeloader news and charts check your computer is connected to the internet and then select 'Refresh News And Charts', from the Freetray menu.
If the software continues to display 'Downloading from freeloader.com...' despite refreshing its news and charts your firewall could be blocking the applications attempts to read freeloaders RSS feeds, contact your network administrator for details.
