To stop Freetray from starting automatically, select the 'Startup' folder from your Windows 'Start' menu and delete the Freetray icon.
The next time you restart your PC Freetray won't be loaded automatically. To start the program manually navigate to the Freetray folder within you Windows Start menu and click 'Launch Freetray'.
